I watched her standing there and let my eyes memorize beauty. Conceived naive ideas of love and hoped she'd notice me. Although I never caught her name we go through the same routine, and for the past few days she's been my great escape queen. I watched her knowing smile. We spoke a while sharing stolen glances. If ever I were to love a girl like her I would have to take some chances. I know that to be true, though not easy to do, and someday I just might, but not tonight. I see her now, lying in bed, only when reality's dead. All the things I should've said... It's easier this way. There will come a day I'll look to replace the fading memory of her face. And that crucial moment I chose to waste for another and another and another and another and another and another. But tonight she's all I want. Tonight she's all I need. The one I'll never have, and never have to leave. And she's right here next to me, in my dreams.

Laugh Track 03:39
Don't go thinking for yourself. Leave it all to someone else. Cue up the laugh track. It makes you react when they choose. Throw out the papers. Embrace the rapers on Fox News. Post some crap on Facebook. Make the addicts all look, they're your slaves. Check in on Twitter. Preach after you hit her, she'll behave. Then crack open your bible. Subscribe to the libel and tell me I need to be saved. Medicate at the drive-thru. Don't live healthy like I do. Give in to everything you crave. Instant gratification. It's sweeping the nation in all the homes of the depraved. The depraved. But don't look in the mirror. You might start to see clearer. Blame somebody for choices that you made. Now cue up the laugh track. It's about to come back. It's coming back to you in spades. The Idiocracy's here. Enjoy your football and beer. Pretty soon we'll all be in our graves. So do us all a favor. Go get yourself a razor...

Why Not Me? 04:04
Hey friend can you lend an ear to my lengthy tale of woe? My life has been a troubled one. It started long ago. Oh yes, i think i've heard you say things never go your way. I was ignored, lonely and bored when I was a youth. I never liked the other kids to tell the honest truth. Oh so I hear. You struggled all those years. My parents failed and dreams derailed in the next atrocity, when they couldn't pay my entire way through university. Oh life is cruel. If only you'd had better schools. Whoa, I can't take it anymore. I must be being punished, but for what I'm not quite sure. Everybody else has it good from what I see. Why not me? But let me tell you now about my no good, rotten spouse. He goes out every night and leaves me in this wretched house. Oh what a sin. When did this all begin? We've been apart right from the start. He's never put me first. These things they always happen to me. Why am I so cursed? Oh what a shame. I guess your marriage was arranged? No, not at all. Just thought I could make him change. Whoa, I can't take it anymore. I must be being punished, but for what I'm not quite sure. Everybody else has it good from what I see. Why not me? But that's the past, the last of my worries at this point. The divorce is almost final but the custody is joint. Oh that's too bad. I'm sure on weekends you'll be sad. No, in fact I want him packed to move in with his father. I rue the day that he was born. He's nothing but a bother. I understand. Your pregnancy was never planned? To tell the truth we tried and tried and tried for several years. It started to look hopeless, then one day he just appeared. Oh, I see. You always choose your misery. Whoa, I can't take it anymore. I must be being punished, but for what I'm not quite sure. Everybody else has it good from what I see. Why not me? Why not me?

Never End 03:09
Tasha my love I need to say I love you more each passing day. I felt empty before you. Then you gave my heart a refill and I say to you that we will never end. Never end. I can't see myself without you. Promise me that we will try to never end. Every day you show me how love's supposed to be. And every night it's a thrill. Then you lay with me and be still, and I say to you that we will never end. Never end. I can't see myself without you. Promise me that we will try to never end. A year ago our love began on the white, Point Pleasant sand. Two worlds united into one in that bright, Point Pleasant sun. And we'll never end. I can't live a life without you. Promise me that we will try to never end. Never end. I can't live a life without you. Thankfully we're about to never end.

You will enjoy good health. That is your form of wealth. Life is a verb. Your deeds speak so much louder than another's words. Do or do not. There's no try. Only you can change your life. It's better to be the beak of a hen, than the tail of an ox. A smile is a curve that can get a lot of things straight. ...in bed.

Plague Dogs 00:50
10.
High heels in the sand. A game of arms with tribal bands. The skin is orange, sky blue. Tomorrow's cancer, today's hue. Dry tears in the sand. A turning point was never planned. The sea is brown, sky clouded. A future storm no longer shrouded. Hold me close and darling do not let me go. The years have blown by so fast but suddenly seem slow. I can't look away. I keep looking toward the shore. There's something in the distance, just beyond the ocean's roar. High seas breach the sand. Stop the drums of the steel band. The clock at twelve, the sky's white. A burning ball of blinding light. Hold me closer now and do not let me go. The whipping winds are drawing near and sand is running low. I can't look away. I keep looking to the shore. There's something in the distance, just beyond the ocean's roar. A high heel in the sand. Its owner can no longer stand. The sea is gone, the sky black. There can be no going back. Hold me darling one more time and tell me it's all right. I'll hold you through the darkness of a thousand days of night. I can't look away. I keep looking in your eyes. There's nothing more left to say and nothing to decide.
